We recommend discontinuing all fish oils, aspirin or ibuprofens, and blood thinners 1-2 weeks before your treatment. Avoid alcohol, especially red wine. Taking arnica supplements and eating fresh pineapple before and after your treatment can also reduce your risk of temporary swelling and bruising.

Yes! We understand that life happens, but we do ask for 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please call our office 24 hours in advance to avoid a $200 late cancellation/no show fee.
