Jamie Comstock, PA-C is a nationally recognized aesthetic provider with over 20 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. Mentored early by her mother, a renowned cosmetic dermatologist, Jamie developed a deep appreciation for the artistry and science behind facial rejuvenation.
She founded The Comstock to create a destination where advanced medical aesthetics meets a refined, luxury experience—delivering natural, sophisticated results through cutting-edge technology and personalized care.
Jamie earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Med Spa Association.
Recognized as a leader in the industry, Jamie serves as a national trainer and speaker, educating providers across the country on advanced injectable techniques. She also collaborates with leading skincare and medical technology companies, helping shape the future of aesthetic innovation.

Backed by two decades of experience as a PA, Michelle’s journey into aesthetics is rooted in a solid foundation of medical discipline and expertise. A graduate of Wayne State University with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies, she spent the first sixteen years of her career in neurosurgery. That experience provided her with both a foundational understanding of anatomy and the surgical precision she now brings to her aesthetic work.
In 2016, Michelle shifted her focus to the field of aesthetics. Since then she has been practicing in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she has dedicated herself to refining her technical skills and staying current with the latest advancements in skincare.
At The Comstock, Michelle helps patients feel more confident in their own skin. Her approach is practical and collaborative. She focuses on safe, thoughtful treatments, prioritizing subtle, natural results that complement a patient’s existing features. Using advanced techniques and combination treatments, Michelle seeks to empower every patient, ensuring they feel refreshed, confident and authentically themselves.
Phoebe Carlisle

Phoebe has been a licensed aesthetician since 2014 and is dually certified as a laser technician. She specializes in advanced treatments, combination therapy, and medical-grade skincare, making her a perfect fit for The Comstock’s skincare philosophy. Phoebe enjoys pairing innovative technology with personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve healthy, radiant skin.
Taylor Orscheln
