What should I expect during my consultation with you?

First things first: we want to get to know you! Every patient has their own skin goals, and we want to help you reach them. We’ll establish your desired outcomes, review your photos, and outline a plan that’s best suited to meet your individual needs.

How often should I come in for treatments?

Consistency is key! During your first consultation, we’ll create an annual plan, outlining which specific treatments can help you reach your skin goals and maintain them over time. To support optimal results, we recommend scheduling facials on a monthly basis.

How can I prevent bruising from injectables?

We recommend discontinuing all fish oils, aspirin or ibuprofen, and blood thinners 1-2 weeks before your treatment. Avoid alcohol, especially red wine. Taking arnica supplements and eating fresh pineapple before and after your treatment can also reduce your risk of temporary swelling and bruising.

Should I prepare for laser treatments?

Avoid sun exposure for one week prior to your treatment, and stop all retinol use 4 days before your visit. No spray tan 1 week prior.  Finally, don't forget to precondition your skin with medical-grade skin care to receive the best possible results.

Can I schedule a facial or massage right after my injection appointment?

We recommend waiting at least two weeks after receiving injectables before scheduling a facial or massage to ensure your treatment settles properly and achieves optimal results. However, you are welcome to schedule a facial prior to your injectable appointment.

Can I fly after receiving injections?

Yes, you can fly. Keep in mind that the air pressure may cause mild swelling after filler injections, but this is temporary.

Can I work out after my injection appointment?

We recommend waiting at least 24 hours after receiving injectables to work out.

Do you offer complimentary consultations?

Our consultation fee is $250 and will be collected at the time of your appointment. However, this acts as a deposit that will go towards same day treatment or a future treatment within 30 days of consultation.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens, but we do ask for 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Please call our office 24 hours in advance to avoid a $250 late cancellation/no show fee.

What is your product return policy?

We do not offer product returns on skincare products, but rest assured that our team will carefully select products that are designed to optimize your skin health and help you reach your goals!
